Salam to all Anglers...... We dediced to fish at Kranji Dam & to try our luck for tonight together with Bro Tombay Slapper, Bro Putera Ramlee, Sis Sue Aziz Chãrmëd, Sis Mar Moiselle MN, & Sis Red Tulipz.
Hopefully there's luck on our side tonight. Fyi, the whole 200 metre stretch of the water-breaker is full of other fellow anglers. What a beautiful sight of the glowing lumi-light at the tip of their rods.
Well here is the summary of events on the trial while we were there.
2300hrs: Arrival & commence casting. Bait used live prawns, wat2 & dead prawns. Cold chill night with wind blowing from the northwest direction.
0200hrs: My god. The coldness is unbearable & can be felt thru my spine. Unable to last till morning i'm afraid.
0330hrs: Well if its not your day no matter how hard u tried the fishes will not bite. Well this is the ups & down of fishing. But we witnessed several anglers brought up Mangrove Jacks roughly between 1 kilo plus sizes there. Best bait to use is live prawns on rising tide. Will make a return next time. Well that's it.
